In episode 34 I chat to Nikki Ayres, a coach, speaker, lightworker, space holder, host of international retreat and a high vibe goddess. 4 years ago Nikki stared death in the face after a failed suicide attempt, from that moment she decided that if she was to make it out of her own “Dark Night of the Soul” then she would use her light to inspire others to live fully and whole heartedly. Nikki says she was blessed with the diagnosis of Bipolar and decided to ROCK IT!! Nikki is passionate about raising awareness for ALL Mental Illness #CyaStigma and wants to remind others who are suffering that they have a choice to take back their life and achieve those desires.
