Assessment
A VHS tape found in Capewick Museum's archives shows a once lost broadcast. A simple advertisement for the restful town of Capewick.
On further inspection, footage displays peculiar interference and disturbing artefacts. Tape has not been tampered with. Case is very well-preserved, with no dust or scratches.
Conclusion
Save for future study (time and funding permitting). Perhaps the Marketing division will decide to turn it into something.
