If Daniel were here now, he'd be praying. It's easy to answer "What would Daniel do?" because the guy prays about everything! He finds a prophecy related to current events? He prays. His king signs a law designed to kill him... for praying? He prays. And isn't that at least part of the reason he was "treasured by God?"
