Lucy Farrow lived through the Civil War, the Reconstruction Era, and was an African American pastor in the extremely hostile land of Texas while the Jim Crow laws were in effect. Against all odds, not only did she do great things in the Kingdom of God, she was used by the Holy Spirit to birth the Azusa Street revival, and travel to Liberia as a missionary.
