As a society, we wear the "busy badge" with pride. Whenever we ask each other how we are doing, the default answer always seems to be "busy." But this isn't a good thing. We must take the time to relax and leave space in our day to breathe and recuperate from our work and the time we are engaged. In this episode of Relate, I encourage us to stop being busy and to begin enjoying the quiet moments a little more.
