The care and support of missionaries is vital to any organisations enterprise, indeed it should be a central operational value. Wayne Coady is part of WEC Australia's Member care Team, he shares his passion for seeing people on mission cared for and loved, from the time they are first thinking about service, till when they retire (and beyond).
He describes the Master care Model of Member Care. He also shares his own amazing story on how he came got know Jesus.
