Growing up, Jason Baer saw the financial struggles of his parents trying to make ends meet. He saw how, at the root of it, it was meeting the wrong people that kept them from their goals. They needed a financial quarterback. Learning from this, Jason became that person to others. He specializes in holistic wealth management planning and comprehensive portfolio management. Together with his partner, Aaron Leatherwood, they founded Centerpiece Wealth Advisors, serving the financial industry for over a decade. In this episode, Jason joins Marla DiCarlo and Susan Frew to discuss the many lessons he learned growing up about being a small business owner and the important quality a leader must have.
