Dave Moore welcomes Chris Segura and Mario Gernazio Jr. to the podcast.

They discuss how United Way is helping non-profits from the ground up. By providing capacity development resources at the Nonprofit Lead center.
In addition to that, they're helping youth be successful, by teaching them fiscal responsibly among other skills.
