Too many agents and investors buy leads, whether it's pay-per-lead (PPL), direct mail, or other sources, and only call them once or twice before moving on. But the top performers know the real secret to success: consistent and relentless follow-up.

In this video, I share the exact follow-up strategies that work—double dialing, triple dialing, calling at different times of day, and even using humor to get responses. I also give a shout-out to Drew B. Wilson, known as the “Meme Lord,” for his creative use of memes in sales follow-up.
