On Episode 217 I sit down with Dave Colina. Dave is someone who has become a close friend of mine. Dave is the Founder of O2 Recovery Drink, a member of CrossFit Roots, he's on the Board of Directors for The Big Fish Foundation, and teaches a class at CU-Boulder. And that is just beginning to scratch the surface of what Dave does and who he is as a person. Dave is a stand-up guy and someone that I am very thankful to have in my life.
