Kids are back in school, you have a schedule and FINALLY you have some control again! Or not. Enter the hectic scene of the "extras"!
All the extra choices and options of the things you can do AFTER school! Art, music, sports, drama, 4-H, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, AWANNAs, Girls Club, Boys Club, Horse riding lessons, part time jobs...the list seems endless.
The pursuit of passion, fun and fitness can be overwhelming and exhausting.
If that's where you are standing, or sinking, then give today's lesson a thoughtful listen. Today, I share questions I wish I had really asked myself before we got into the cycle of continuous motion.
