En aquest episodi et presento un dels principis més interessants de l'estoicisme: Memento mori = Recorda que moriràs. Aquest recordatori senzill i alhora tètric ha ajudat a milers de persones inclòs jo mateix a sentir-se viu i recordar el què es important.
Moriràs inevitablement. La mort no fa distincions entre gènere, color, raça, edat, diners, popularitat…No saps quan, no saps com.
El que si saps és que estàs viu en aquest moment i que la mort t’atraparà a tu i a tots els altres. Si et serveix de consol a mi també m’atraparà.
