In this episode, I describe the body's natural process of purging stored emotional pain. This process is a mechanism of our energy using the body and emotions to release the weight of our painful experiences through the heart portal. I illustrate each step in this process with a recent personal experience, why we must allow this natural purging process, and why we must remain free of subconscious negative energy.
