Note: Since this recording, Senator Kyrsten Sinema has switched from Democrat to Independent. This actually won't negatively impact the Democrats' new outright majority as long as she doesn't caucus with the Republicans. Senators Angus King and Bernie Sanders are already Independents but they caucus with the Democrats and thus are included in their total of 51.
