The summer season can bring about changes in routines and schedules, making it tempting to take a break or become less consistent with your podcast. However, staying consistent during the summer is just as important as any other time of the year.

Kristin welcomes guest Alex Sanfilippo. Alex is the founder of PodMatch, an entrepreneur, podcast host, and business coach known for his work in the digital marketing and podcasting industry. Alex shares his invaluable knowledge and expertise on the importance of staying consistent and strategic during the summer season.

Kristin and Alex dive into:

  • The importance of maintaining a regular release schedule, by doing so, you keep your audience interested and prevent them from losing interest or seeking alternative podcasts.
  • The in's and out's of batching content and adapting your batching strategy to fit your content type, audience, and when batching can become a downfall.
  • The incredible value in automating, delegating, and eliminating and what that looks like in podcasting.

While podcasting during the summer can be challenging, it's important to remember that these obstacles are temporary. By adjusting your schedule, planning, and finding ways to adapt your content to the season, you can overcome these challenges and continue providing engaging episodes to your audience.
