Missy Smith, CMAA is the Oregon School Activities Association Assistant Executive Director and Founder of The Oregon Girls Sports Leadership Summit, Take the Lead. She also does freelance work for ESPN+ as a Basketball Color Analyst. Most recently, Missy was named the Oregon 3A Boys Golf Coach of the Year for the 2023 season.
