That's the story of Anjou Martinez, our guest, who transformed from a young immigrant into a real estate investment aficionado. Outside of real estate, she's a dedicated mom supporting her kids' sports endeavors and even training for a triathlon.

Anjou has been investing in residential RE since 2008 and commercial RE since 2022. She is a General Partner in 1,190 multifamily units and a Limited Partner in 2,400 units in Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio. She was a former CFO and Financial Controller for transportation and logistics, events and media, and healthcare companies. She is an accountant and has an MBA from NYU.
She grew up in the Philippines, moved to NJ when she was 16, and moved to Houston with her husband and three kids in 2021.
