On this episode I talk with Chris Johnson who is a Real Estate Agent and Broker in Tampa Bay. Chris is newer to Greater Tampa Bay and we discuss what it is like starting over in a new city, building a business, and getting familiar with all the city has to offer. Coming from a military family, Chris is used to moving around and has some great advice to those who are looking to relocate or have recently relocated to a new area. His YouTube channel (REAL TAMPA LIVING), dedicated to unraveling the essence of the Tampa Bay area, reflects his commitment to education and community engagement. When Chris is not immersed in his real estate business, he enjoys spending time with his dog, Kona, and his family. You can catch him supporting his beloved Texas Longhorns sports teams, at the beach, or out on the town trying new local restaurants.
