Dr. Marta Sikorska, Wissenschaftlerin an der Nikolaus-Kopernikus-Universität Thorn, spricht über die kulinarische Geschichte der Zitrusfrüchte in polnischen und deutschen Kochbüchern des 17. und 18. Jahrhunderts. Der Vortrag wurde aufgenommen am 7. Juni 2022 im Schloss Benrath, im Rahmen der Reihe „Vier Jahreszeiten in der polnischen kulinarischen Tradition“, und der Ausstellung „Zitrusmanie. Goldene Früchte in fürstlichen Gärten“.
