We are output-oriented creatures based on our efforts. And in this episode, we talk about input and output to help you understand the process of improving our outputs in our pickleball play.

We'll use an illustration of baking a cake.

If you're trying to bake a cake and you don't have a good recipe, it will not be a suprise to get a cake that tastes terrible. It's not because you're a bad baker, you simply don't have a good recipe.

Same applies to your pickleball game, if it's not where you want it to be, it is not because of some deficiency that you bring to the table or an inherent problem with you. It is a problem with your inputs. You don't have good inputs.

Get clarity on the recipe that you're going to follow as a pickleball player in order to play really amazing pickleball.
