In Episode 23, Paul is joined by John Swire & Sons' Global Mobility Manager, Bushra Siddiqui.
Bushra joined the Relocation industry in 2009 and has since worked with 4 large RMCs as well as some in-house work. During her global mobility career, she has managed a large portfolio of clients, each client had their own strengths and challenges. Growing and changing with the clients was the most rewarding part of her roles.
In this episode, she also shares her perspective on how AI will transform the Global Mobility function over the next five years and offers valuable insights on preparing for these changes.
