PATRIZIA’s Investment Strategy & Research team has today released its European Residential Markets Report 2023/24, which shares invaluable insights with investors.
Leading on the creation of the report is Dr Marcus Cieleback, PATRIZIA’s Chief Urban Economist and, in this bonus episode of the PAT Cast, he tells us about its key findings - one of the major takeaways being that, despite a decline in residential investment transactions, Europe still remains the top global destination for diversifying portfolios through cross-border investment.
