In this second Prep School takeover, Darcey, Amelia, and Lily interview Lucy Holder, an Old Culfordian and international hockey player. Lucy, a former pupil at Culford, holds a Master's in Sports Psychology and has had an impressive career as an international hockey player, having been part of England's Under 16, 18, and 21 squads.
Lucy plays for Wimbledon Hockey Club in the Premier Women's Investec League and coaches and mentors juniors at Guildford Hockey Club. In this episode, the team discuss how Lucy's days at Culford shaped her into the sportsperson she is today and what it takes to be a professional sportswoman.
