Karen and Tania discuss the challenges Tania has faced starting an organization as a person with numerous marginalized identities, including not having her experience and knowledge be trusted, not having the privilege of social capital, and creating a workplace where self-care is valued and a reality. They also dive into the challenges of creating a community-focused culture in a virtual world.
