Courtlyn Jones is the Founder and CEO of The Design Database, an online marketplace for creatives that she describes as being a cross between Fiverr and Etsy. Courtlyn took a lot of big swings to launch her business, including spending over $20,000 of her own money out-of-pocket to get things off the ground.
