It is easy to become so preoccupied with the “major” sins of our society that we lose sight of our need to deal with our own, more subtle sins. Our western way of life is a great gift but unless kept in check can become a weapon in the hand of the enemy against our spiritual life. Envy is one of those weapons. How often do you compare your life with others? What happens in your mind and heart when you do? Is it helpful or hurtful? Today we tackle the sin of comparison.
