  1. How does the school support neurodiverse students? (observe)
    • Can you explain the specific accommodations and resources available, such as individualized education plans (IEPs), sensory-friendly spaces, and support staff?
    • Can all students access accommodations, adjustments, and resources when they need them?
  2. What is the approach to inclusion in the classroom?
    • How does the school foster an inclusive environment where neurodiverse students can learn alongside their peers?
    • What strategies are used to promote social interaction and teamwork?
  3. What training do staff members receive regarding neurodiversity?
    • How are teachers and support staff trained to understand and effectively support the needs of neurodiverse students?
    • Are there ongoing professional development opportunities in this area?
