Viele Menschen, die an übermäßigen Ängsten leiden, werden auch von Schlafstörungen geplagt. Aber sind Schlafstörungen auch die Ursache mancher Ängste? Sollte dies der Fall sein, müsste durch effektive Schlaftrainings ein Rückgang der Ängstlichkeit zu beobachten sein.
