EPISODE SUMMARY
This podcast is dedicated to celebrating the journey of black women to embrace their natural hair, with our host, Lisa. E, aka Natural Born Sistah, who inspires black women to groom and confidently flaunt their natural hair.
In this episode with Tesha MacDonald and Taneka Gillard, Professional Hair Stylists and Influencers, talk about their experience through life as foster children and how hair became what they love to do and profit from. Growing up as children they learned how to braid hair, self taught as Tesha calls it. Our conversation was focused on the lifestyles of each sister who are so identical in the physical but so different in spirit.
These twin beauties are both successful in the same line of work, but in different capacities. Tesha does it all when it comes to hair, and Taneka loves doing the braids and locs. Tesha is the entrepreneur and Taneka is the professional as a college graduated nurse who holds 3 degrees. These women are both epitome of success, beauty, brains and talent.
