Addie W. Anderson, MA, LCPC is a licensed therapist and Certified Grief Recovery Specialist. Ten years ago, she founded Begin Within Counseling & Coaching Services, Inc., which is a group psychotherapy practice in Oak Park, IL that serves adolescents, couples, and adults. Addie is a grief therapist and specializes in helping people manage difficult emotions as the result of a loss. She is a member of Association for Death Education & Counseling as well as the American Counseling Association. She does not have a "one size fits all" philosophy when working with clients. Treatment is catered to the individual needs of the person. As a certified life coach, she incorporates coaching strategies with clients when beneficial to treatment.
