Everyone in leadership wants to make a difference. Who doesn't?
But sometimes we give up too soon.
We get discouraged, we get distracted by a new idea or plan or worse we just get bored and move on. One of the most over looked secrets of leadership is being a leader who follows through.
The truth is that all great change happen in small steps. Even the biggest changes in history were a series of small steps and battles that were won over time, the decisive moment was the product of small steps.
