I was recently listening to an influencer talking about doing things that make you happy. While I wholeheartedly agree that we should do what makes us happy and feed our souls, i must say that how we do things may differ by each person and their circumstances. Your 1 hour of me time is going to look totally different from mine.
We sometimes look at other persons especially on social media and compare ourselves and our lives. Don't believe the hype, they go through struggles too. My advice is to live YOUR life however that may look. As long as you are doing the best you can in the moment, everything will be okay.

I was recently listening to an influencer talking about doing things that make you happy. While I wholeheartedly agree that we should do what makes us happy and feed our souls, i must say that how we do things may differ by each person and their circumstances.
