In 2010 Simon was nominated for the Windsor Program that sort to identify National and regional role models who had made a substantial impact on the Afro-Caribbean society. The program was awarded by the Queen of England in 2018.
Simon is a Fund Manager and managing partner to some prominent fund management companies and is currently setting up a foundation focused on creating equity for women and minorities within the emerging fund management space.
