This one is pretty deep. I've briefly talked about my chronic gut/inflammation issues on previous episodes, but today I get very transparent by talking about my recent physical flare up and mental setback. The past three weeks of my life have been an ultimate rollercoaster because I felt like my healing journey has no end in sight. But despite this incredibly low low, I've managed to deepen my faith in God, the universe and myself. I've had so many profound realizations and downloads come to the surface, and I feel so grateful that I have this safe space to share my feelings, emotions, perspectives and wisdom.
