Grifol decided to give Michael Kopech a chance to get a six-out save. When Kopech gave up two runs in the eighth, he decided to go with setup man Steven Wilson in the ninth. Wilson ended up blowing it in the ninth. First, Pedro did not need to go with Kopech in the eighth as he could have went with Wilson in his normal role. It is just another example of the manager not doing his job well.
