The first house on the top four list is going to be 1635 Delaney Avenue, and that's in Orlando, Florida, and it's brought to us by Julie Bauer who is with Keller Williams Realty at the Parks. If anybody wants to be close to downtown Orlando, which there's so many great things happening, you might want to walk to one of the shows at the Dr. Phillips Center or maybe you work down in that area. Delaney Avenue has always had a really great reputation. It's very difficult right now to find something in that $800,000 to $850,000 range, 2,670 square feet, and it's got a blend of some classic, cool, charming, the houses of the 1950s with some modern amenities on it. It has three bedrooms, three and a half baths. Look at the cool barn door sliders that they have in the home.

The location is in zip code 3286, and that is very close to restaurant row that Dr. Phillips area that is so centrally located that everybody loves this area.
And this property was built in 2018, so it's fairly new and it has water views. They have ponds behind them. It's in an area called Ruby Lake. So it's 4,201 square feet, and the price point is $1,289,000, 5 bedrooms, four and a half bath. And then you have some flex space that could be perfect for an office. It's on the first floor and you have a huge lost space.
House number three for the week of November 3rd, 2023 is in Winter Park. The home is on a large lake and you're in the Seminole School District.
The fourth of my top four picks for the properties in central Florida is this is an Estate in the town that Disney built. And so a lot of times people that are looking for high end Estate might be thinking, oh, I need to go to Disney's Golden Oak.
This house is at 312 Acadia. It looks like a French cool little castle, and it's on one of my favorite lots. There's even like a hidden wine cellar for you. The asking price is $2,774,000 remodeled. It's got a cool three car garage, two car garage on one side, one car garage on the other side. This house has got it all.
