Day 7 of the mile a day challenge was the coldest one yet! It was 6 degrees and but surprisingly not too bad. Although, when I originally recored and finished my mile I realized that my phone stopped recording so nothing I said during my walk was recorded! But I liked the talk so much that I had to go ahead and rerecord from the warmth and comfort of my couch. So no labored breathing in this podcast haha! Hope yall enjoy, and please consider finding a mentor this year if you don’t already have one!
