Renew for Resilience: Declutter Your Most Used Spaces with Ashley Stefanko
Manage episode 358962995 series 3342754
Are you tired of chaos and clutter in your home? Do you ever wish someone would come in and make it go away? We have all answered “yes” to those questions because life is busy and seems to require a lot of stuff. But stuff can weigh us down and take up too much of our precious physical, mental, and emotional space. That is why spring cleaning is the first topic that sprang to mind for the Renew for Resilience five-part mini-series.
My gal pal, Ashley Stefanko, owner of Home Reimagined, has a great motto: “Less stuff, more life.” She’s an amazing professional organizer who I’ve personally hired. More than once. Because I’m not embarrassed to say I’ve needed professional help to go through all the stuff. What I love is that she’s NOT an unrealistic minimalist, but an advocate for keeping what you need, ditching what you don’t, and making it easy and practical for you to find what you’re looking for when you need it. I’ve learned so much from her about making decluttering doable with immediate happy dance results, that I had to share her with you!
In this episode, we talk about:
Common reasons people don’t declutter
How to build personal resilience by renewing their space
Simple decluttering doables
Tips for organizing the stuff we use every day
