Kristi's "second sisters" join us on today's podcast, to tell us how they made a lucrative and viral business combining social media with the products they liked on Amazon.
Kortney and Karlee began for fun on YouTube, testing products on TikTok and Instagram, and then Covid happened.
They tell Kristi and Alissa how they quit their jobs, posted on social media channels multiple times each day, and now make videos which reach more than 800-thousand followers, all by endorsing Amazon products they like and review.
Kristi has known Kortney and Karlee since they helped with one of the non-profits she launched: K9s4cops (https://k9s4cops.org) which raises funds to place trained dogs in law enforcement and schools. The sisters offer tips on managing a 24/7 work life online, from late-night product reviews to strategic partnerships. Kristi recounts a couple of their many hilarious times together, from the support of the Minnesota Vikings to her causes, to the sisters making whipped milk for a living.
