Don’t be afraid of people’s judgement—people will always have their opinions and something to say. How you feel about yourself outweighs how anyone else feels about you, and that should be your only focus and source of fuel. Your healing is essential and required; please don’t skip over it to make anyone comfortable. You are full of purpose. You are a great big deal, believe it and own it. You are a champion, survivor, and conqueror. Embrace your experiences and give yourself grace. Your healing will take time and requires your patience and self-love. Don’t box yourself in—it’s okay to colour outside the lines and live full. Don’t become your trauma; own your story and take time to heal. Don’t give power to anyone to deny your experience, turn your pain into your glory, and allow yourself to enjoy your now and becoming season.
