Some or most of us have been victims of Negative stereotypes in which our uniqueness has individuals gets ignored and all members of a certain group, gender, ethnicity or nationality are painted with the same brush.In essence the “they are all alike” statement.No we are not all alike! Every individual has a unique and enduring behavioral characteristic that defines exactly who they are regardless of it it’s good or bad!I and my guys try to point out those really conflicted stereotypes and share our stories of how we have all been stereotyped one way or the other!
