There is a difference between our emotions and feelings. The six fundamental emotions are happiness, sadness, fear, disgust, anger, and surprise. Our emotions are like the engine of the car, so it’s really important that we keep our emotional engine tuned and healthy. When we aren’t aware of our emotions it can cause serious issues in our lives.
