Last year, LFJL and SOAS, University of London were honoured to welcome Mr Pablo de Greiff, the UN’s first Special Rapporteur on the Promotion of Truth, Justice, Reparation and Guarantees of Non-recurrence, to deliver the inaugural Annual Justice Lecture. Pablo is a greatly nuanced and lucid thinker. As we prepare for this year’s lecture, we listen again and reflect on the state of Libyan justice in 2020.
