He is co-author of "A Manifesto for Media Freedom" (2008) and editor of "The Beholden State: California’s Lost Promise and How to Recapture It" (2013). Brian’s work has appeared in publications including The Wall Street Journal, the Los Angeles Times, the New York Post, National Review, and many more.
