Forget decision-making, RE-DECIDING is your new superpower.
So often we get comfortable doing the things we've always done. But more than that, we get comfortable believing the things we've always believed - even if they no longer help us to get where we want to go.
So what's the antidote?
To RE-DECIDE!
Re-decide every day.
Re-decide often.
And even if something is great, works well or makes you feel good - re-decide that too.
🙋♀️ Is this action essential for your goal, KPI, OKRs?
🙋♀️ Is this action essential to YOUR job or part of your role as Chief X Officer or Managing Director?
🙋♀️ Is this project or opportunity, that seems profitable, essential to your long-term vision?
And if it's not essential. Delete it.
Deleting things that aren't absolutely essential to your goals, role and vision will allow you to DOUBLE the time invested in the things that are.
And that's how you stop feeling frustrated.
That's how you stop getting bogged down in the details.
That's how you start delivering remarkable results faster.
Re-decide what is essential. Every. Single. Day.
