Paron and I pick back up in our discussion on stereotypes and double standards. We bring in several elements to consider while you are listening, such as the importance of recognizing the impact of censorship and social media on these issues. It's also interesting to consider the influence of celebrities and politicians on double standards in terms of establishing norms we observe in daily life. I especially like the term used by Paron, "overstand," which emphasizes the importance of empathy and lifelong learning. Most of all, as you listen to the episode, try to come away with the idea that everyone has their unique approach to life, so let's try and work together to learn and make this world a better place for us all.
