I've Overcome, "Covid"

So, today I will be discussing my journey through Covid and How I’ve Overcome this virus. Before I get started, I want to say a special thanks to all my listeners in the United States, Canada, Germany, UK especially in London, Belize, Bahamas, Philippines, Italy, Trinidad and Tobago and Belgium. Thanks for always listening, one of these days I will be live in your Country, or State bringing forth a word of encouragement to your community. To all my listeners who have children, and they've tested positive or even a spouse who tested positive. Please be aware of your body and symptoms within 2-14 days after exposure.
It has been said that, people with these symptoms may have COVID after they have been exposed:
Fever or chills
Cough
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Fatigue
Muscle or body aches
Headache
New loss of taste or smell
Sore throat
Congestion or runny nose
Nausea or vomiting
Diarrhea
For me 7 days later after my exposure which was May 4th I had symptoms such as:
Cough
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing.
Fatigue
Muscle or body aches
Headache
What I would tell someone who is going through Covid:
1. Don’t fight it just rest
2. Drink a lot of water and juice if you can
3. Take a lot of vitamin c, zinc, magnesium, probiotic, immune system booster
4. Ask for help, because you have people who are willing to help you as you until you get back on your feet.
5. Don’t go to the store because you can expose others
6. Order groceries and food online
7. When the sun is down go out in your community with your mask and take a 30 min walk
8. If you can’t go out try to do 30 mins of cardio workout to build up your lungs
9. Spend some time with God, meditate and listen to God’s word
10. Take some warm shower and steam your face as much as you can with lemon and garlic.
11. Drink a lot of lemon, garlic, honey with apple cider vinegar hot tea. Drink it at least 3 times per day.
12. Please stay quarantined so you don’t expose others!
I am glad to be feeling better because I am ready to continue my journey and continue to do God’s will for my life!
