The great Nelson Mandela himself valued vulnerability, and he modeled it in his own leadership. Today’s guest, Amb. Nozipho January-Bardill strives to live by Mandela’s example as she leads the very organization that bears his name. She the current Chairperson of the Council of the Nelson Mandela University in South Africa. She is also one of the first high profile board members of the Nelson Mandela Foundation.
