Whether you were just hired as a minister or you have been working at your church a long time, it is very common for you to be viewed as a catalyst for change. People are looking to you to bring the change, to improve things.
So, how do you wait on the Lord to bring direction first? What do you do in the meantime?
In today’s episode, I suggest something that you can be doing as a catalyst for change, while you are waiting on the Lord to answer your prayers. It involves a period of self-reflection as you take a good, long, hard look…not at your church, but at yourself.
