On 27 January Leadership Choices hosted their sixth virtual conference: A Roundtable on “The Future of Organizational Learning and Transformation“. The conference consisted of two parts, both of which are combined here in this podcast. The first part is an expert keynote by Ann Renee Rollins, Leadership Learning Strategist at Ken Blanchard, who talks about how to use the crisis and even build something better and very different out of it. In the second part, three great guests present concrete cases from their professional experience. Jörg Blunder talks about a big culture change at Coca Cola, Nicole Häffner about a New Work Learning Journey and Daniel Vonier gives an insight on how to unlearn hierarchy.
